Unfortunately the latest news is that the property owner is going to try to continue his effort to rezone the Paul Road property to GB. This is still a bad idea, not good for Chili's future and not consistent with the Town's Master Plan!

Now is the time to cooperate and work together in an open manner for Chili's future. The revitalization of the Town's current commercial core should be the major priority. Integrating some sort of nice Main Street design which includes suitable places for the town's people to gather and socialize could be a win-win situation. We must drop this Mall on Paul idea. Lets work on revitalizing our current commercial core so everyone can be a winner!
